This place is open to public! The customer service is outstanding and their items are great. You would find items you can never find at other stores (not even at restaurant depot). And their price is cheaper.
We have purchased knives and pots and pans for years at Cresco. We appreciate the quality products but most of all the super sales staff. They are very informative and helpful. There is no high pressure sales. They stress quality and value. We will be back!
The staff here is very friendly and very informative they go above and beyond to help. Great customer service! Even though they didn't carry a chocolate fondant fountain the guy at the front desk called around for me. I've also shopped around and did some pricing and they have the best prices for restaurant equipment so far.

We had a freezer die at our facility this morning, and within one hour of a phone call we had a new unit being delivered by the afternoon. Their service was fantastic. The delivery guys were super professional and got our old unit completely disassembled and removed the casters and then installed the new unit with no damage to anything I am beyond impressed. They really took care of us and our residents so well.
Cresco has everything you could possibly need and is open to the general public. The prices are great, and the staff is knowledgeable. The only grip I have with this store is that not all the items have prices posted, so you will have to find an employee to get you a price on some of the selection.
